Based On Your Input, You Do Not Qualify To Become A Broker Yet
In order to become a broker in California you need to meet two main requirements:
1.) Complete eight real estate courses
2.) Acquire two years of full-time experience working in the industry
Based on your input you do not meet these requirements. We suggest you start as a salesperson and start working on acquiring the two years of experience. Please, the three courses you need to take to become a salesperson will count towards the eight needed for the broker license.
